This is a book I tracked down online. I first encountered the title while reading Al-Shamir's _Republic of Fear_:

It is an online edition of Max Sawdayee's _All Waiting to be Hanged_, which is essentially one man's chronicle of the very last days of Iraqi Jewry, a community which dates back at least to the 6th century B.C.
